About Sara
Sara began her practice in yoga asana in 1999 and continued to grow the practice in her life, most recently certifying to teach yoga asana in an interdisciplinary style.
Sara believes that yoga helps reconnect the body, mind and soul and is constantly in search of the most harmonious way to integrate yoga, meditation,pranayama and the ideals of the 8 limbs of yoga into all aspects of her life.
Sara holds a master’s degree in depth psychology and enjoys weaving together story, movement, exploration and play into her classes.
